Terms of Service

1. The service

Heatbox is a browser-based toolkit for game sensitivity conversion, settings references, crosshair options, and display guidance. It does not modify games, read game memory, automate input, or promise a competitive result.

2. Purchases and access

Heatbox access is sold as a one-time purchase for the duration shown at checkout. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. Your selected access window begins when access is activated. Prices, taxes, and the final order total are shown before payment.

Payments are processed by Paddle. Paddle may act as the merchant of record and apply its own checkout terms.

3. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Heatbox during your purchased access period. You may not resell or share access, copy or redistribute protected content, bypass access controls, reverse engineer the service, or use it unlawfully.

4. Availability and third parties

We work to keep Heatbox accurate and available, but game updates, third-party services, maintenance, or events outside our control may affect it. Game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; Heatbox is not endorsed by them.

5. Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access when we reasonably believe these terms, security, or the law has been violated. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as Heatbox changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will apply prospectively unless the law requires otherwise.
